OOHC SERVICES

Positive Pathways provides specialised child contact services for children and young people living in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC), including foster care, kinship care, and residential care. Our services are delivered in accordance with child protection requirements, individual case plans, and Court Orders, ensuring every contact arrangement is safe, child-focused, and supports the child's wellbeing, identity, and family connections where appropriate. We work collaboratively with child protection agencies, caseworkers, carers, legal representatives, and other professionals to facilitate supervised contact and changeovers that promote positive outcomes while prioritising the safety and best interests of every child.
